The location of the hotel is perfect, right at Southbank, close to the Casino & the South wharf DFO. It is also conveniently close to everything in the city.

We loved the convenient location of this hotel. It was close to the river and city centre, making it easy to explore this city. We also appreciated that it was just a short walk to tram stops and the Eureka Skydeck. The facilities were great, with asuper clean and cozy apartment that had everything we needed. The breakfast at the hotel cafe was delicious and provided a good start to our day.
Can't fault the hotel in any way.

Great view and location near supermarkets, sea world, river, and Federation Square. Free storage room for convenience.
Sleeping arrangements were not prepared for the correct number of guests, leading to a hassle and blame placed on us. Card keys didn't work and had to be replaced, causing inconvenience.

The location of Experience Bella Hotel was perfect for exploring the city. We were able to easily visit Southbank and the city center without having to travel far.

Great location near Southbank and casino area. The apartment was very clean with cozy and comfortable beds. The balcony provides a beautiful view at nighttime. The staff was friendly and helpful, making the stay more enjoyable. Kitchen facilities with coffee and tea supplies were a nice addition.

I recently stayed at a lovely hotel with exceptional service. The location was perfect, situated in the heart of Southbank and close to tram stops. The room was clean and cozy, equipped with air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a balcony overlooking the city. The staff was friendly and helpful, providing free Wi-Fi in rooms and free toiletries. I also appreciated the room amenities such as the washing machine, dryer, and ironing facilities.
The customer service could improve as there was only one staff member trying to cope. Despite this, I would highly recommend this venue to everyone.
